Mango in pieces is a stable, non-perishable product obtained by cutting and
pasteurization of the mango fruit. Its stability is due to pre-bleaching processes and
of pasteurization to which the product is subjected. These two processes allow as well
to avoid the deterioration of the product by enzymes and fungal microorganisms that the
destruction of pathogenic microorganisms

Recommendations for use
The shelf life of the mango in pieces is 2 years when it is kept at
away from moisture and at room temperature. Once opened, the product must be
transferred from its packaging to a suitable container and kept in the refrigerator for
duration not exceeding 72h.
