Sauté de gésiers aux pâtes
Ingredients for 2 personnes
- 1 box of 200g garlic gizzards PDTA
- 300g of pasta
- 1 green onion
- Parsley
- Chopped garlic
- Powder 5 spices
- Salt and pepper
Preparation
- Fry the onions, chopped garlic in a little oil
Fry the gizzards with the five spices and salt. - Boil your pasta (macaroni, spaghetti or other) al dente.
Then pour the still hot pasta on your gizzard juice. - Mix over low heat.
Taste hot
